Referral Incentives
- VCP greatly appreciates tenant referrals. If you refer a tenant to VCP and the tenant moves into a VCP Property, VCP will credit you a referral fee of $200 (up to 3 referrals per year).
No Security Deposit!
- VCP does not collect security deposit at any of its properties.
- Tenants are charged a one-time Move-in fee of $350.
